This has occurred because the website theme we were using has been discontinued, which has affected the functionality of the order form app.
In the meantime, you can still place your orders as usual by using the search bar or browsing the product catalogue to find and add your items to the cart.
We’re also excited to share that a new website design will be launching soon! The look and layout will be a little different, and we’re working hard to make it an even better experience for our valued partners.
