That's up to you! When adding products to your cart, you get the option to choose the frequency of your subscription, whether it's 8, 10 or 12 weeks.
Simply visit the product you'd like to start a subscription on, and you'll have the option to choose either a one-off purchase or a subscription. Once you select 'Subscribe', you'll then be asked to select at what frequency you'd like to receive your products.
Absolutely. You can skip your next scheduled order or reschedule it to a later date. Whatever works best for you. Just log into your account and adjust your delivery settings.
Yes, you’ll get a reminder 7 days before your next subscription order is set to process. That way, you’ve got plenty of time to make changes if needed. Once your order goes through, you’ll also receive a confirmation email with all the details.
Definitely. You can build a full skincare routine on subscription and manage each product's delivery schedule individually.
In the rare case your subscription item is out of stock, you will not be charged for the item and only in-stock products will be processed.
Yes, just a little one. Our subscriptions require a minimum of 2 shipments before you can cancel. After that, you’re free to update, pause or stop anytime. This helps us keep things fair for our loyal customers who stick with us.
Discount codes can’t be stacked with subscriptions but don’t worry, you’re already getting the best deal. Subscription orders already come with 15% off. It’s our way of saying thanks to our loyal customers.
Yes. Every subscription order earns points like regular purchases.
Other than having your favourite products automatically shipped to you, subscribing gives you 15% off every order.
We're sorry to hear you'd like to cancel your subscription! Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime after your first 2 shipments, we simply ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice. If you'd like to update the frequency you receive your product, you can do so via the customer portal. If there's an issue with your product, please get in touch with our lovely customer service team who will be more than happy to assist you.
