How Roccoco Rewards Works
It’s simple.
Create a Roccoco account and start earning points by engaging with Roccoco and investing in your skin. You can then redeem these points at checkout for real value.
How to Earn Points
You can earn points in multiple ways:
• Placing an order
• Celebrating your birthday
• Following us on social media
• Participate in special promotions
Points are automatically added to your account once you are logged in.
Frequently asked questions
Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. You’ll receive reminder notifications 30 days and again 3 days before your points are due to expire.
Reward points can be used alongside individual product discounts. They cannot however, be combined with site-wide sales unless otherwise stated. If a promotion allows stacking, this will be clearly communicated.
Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.
If an order is refunded, the points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account.
Your points balance can be viewed in the rewards widget located in the bottom left corner of our website, as well as inside your customer account dashboard.
Our lowest redeemable reward is a $10 voucher, which is equivalent to 200 points.
You earn 1 Roccoco point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases. This includes subscription orders.
